The service provider (hereinafter referred to as Pricedata) provides the user (hereinafter referred to as the User) with the technical capability to create an individual database of supplier prices based on data provided by the suppliers or by the User.
The data processing service is provided “as is”, in the form available at the time of registration. The User agrees to the pricing plan limitations established in the system. Pricedata may add and/or modify certain features and change pricing plans, with notice to the User at least 30 calendar days in advance. Pricedata bears no responsibility for possible technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or computing equipment performance.
Pricedata undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of any user information and processed data.
User actions when using the service must not block or impede other users’ access to the service. Any User actions aimed at compromising the confidentiality of other users’ data or attempting to affect system reliability entail administrative and criminal liability.
The User agrees to use the services in accordance with this Agreement.
Pricedata may provide the User with additional data processing services (in cases where the required functionality is not available within the Pricedata service) — upon written request from the User, provided that payment terms for such additional services are agreed upon.
When changing a pricing plan, refunds are issued for the number of full days remaining until the end of the current plan. If a discount coupon or any other form of discount was used during activation, the refund amount is adjusted accordingly. Refunds are first credited to the User’s Pricedata account balance and then returned to the User’s payment account according to the original payment method.
If there are sufficient funds in the User’s account balance, the current plan is automatically renewed for the next month. If funds are insufficient, a reminder will be sent in advance to the primary email address and to the address of the user responsible for payment, if any.
Creating an account or paying for services constitutes acceptance of this public offer.
Notifications are sent to the User about events affecting data relevance (such as changes in data format, termination of data source updates, etc.).
If the User remains inactive for 3 months, all data imported from price lists will be deleted. Data export is disabled if there is a queued file older than 10 days.
Pricedata reserves the right to disable a User’s account if there is reason to believe that the User is violating this Agreement.
